2. SMS Communications & A2P 10DLC Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and explicitly opting in via our website forms, you consent to receive SMS communications from Sharp Detailing. These communications are divided into two categories based on your explicit consent:
- Transactional Messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, and service status updates.
- Promotional Messages: Special offers, discounts, and marketing promotions.
Messaging Terms:
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. After sending the SMS message “STOP,” we will send a final confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
- Support: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance.
- Rates: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
- Appointments: All detailing services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
- Payment Processing: All online payments, deposits, and digital transactions are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment gateway, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
- Cancellations: We request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your detailing appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of any deposits made.
4. User Conduct
When using our Website, you agree not to:
- Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
- Attempt to interfere with the security features or operation of the Website, including unauthorized access to our digital booking systems.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sharp Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website, our SMS services, or the detailing services provided. Our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in dispute.
